Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Palm Beach, FL to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed while upholding brand standards and omnichannel service.

The role emphasizes developing an engaged team, driving customer-focused operations, and fostering an inclusive store environment with strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

About the role
As a Sales Lead, you’re a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences. Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You have a direct impact on both the customer experience and the associate experience. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, so you are ready to step in as manager when needed.

• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
  

You’ll bring to the role
