Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products. This role may include store management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable, such as opening/closing and overseeing operations.

Key responsibilities include leading the sales process, maintaining brand standards, and supporting merchandising initiatives. 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, and ability to train staff are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred, especially in luxury/custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Familiarity with current retail software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Lead in sales process, customer service, and maintaining Tempur Sealy’s brand.
• Continue performing Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at a high level.
• Support Store Manager by identifying issues and solving problems.
• Assist with merchandising and company programs implementation.
