LOFT Outlet at Lee Premium Outlets in Lee, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading an engaged team. You will coach associates, maintain brand standards, and step into a manager role as needed.

The role requires a background in retail sales, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. PHysical store presence and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities
