LOFT Outlet in Queenstown, MD is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor a team and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store operations and know when to step in as manager.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand standards, and using available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.
