Job summary

Jockey International in Terrell, TX is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) to provide outstanding guest service, drive store sales, and assist with opening and closing duties. As a part-time team member, you will promote promotions, manage transactions, coach teammates, and help merchandise visuals while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service focusing on store goals and maximizing sales.
• Open and close the store and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns and visual standards.
• Handle sales transactions, cash/credit payments and register operations.
• Coach and direct the store team to achieve performance targets.
• Promote promotions, rewards programs and customer loyalty.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
