Job summary

Jockey International is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) at our North Conway, NH location to deliver exceptional customer service, drive store goals, and help manage daily operations. This part-time role supports opening and closing, merchandising, and in-store promotions.

The ideal candidate has strong guest service skills, reliable work ethic, and a minimum of 1 year in retail or leadership? experience preferred. PTO and employee discounts accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and work toward store goals.
• Assist with opening/closing of the store and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Aid in merchandising, stock management and visual standards.
• Process sales and register transactions, handling cash or credit payments and counting money.
• Support hiring and recruitment efforts.
