Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our Destin, FL location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with opening and closing the store.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will coach staff, maintain merchandising standards, and help recruit for the team. This part-time role offers PTO and employee discounts as part of Jockey's commitment to its people.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behavior reflecting core values and culture.
• Establish positive relationships with coworkers and guests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and direction to the store team.
• Greet all guests warmly and promote current promotions and upsell.
• Identify guest needs and offer solutions using product knowledge.

• Drive store sales, goals, and profitability.
• Handle sales and register transactions (cash/credit).
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) in accordance with standards.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Other duties as assigned
