Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our North Conway, NH location to provide exceptional customer service and drive store performance. You will support opening/closing, coach the team, and help maximize sales through product knowledge and promotions.

This part-time role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and a dedication to guest satisfaction. PTO and employee discounts are offered to part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive store goals and sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management, including opening and closing the store.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and visuals while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
