Job summary

You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise, and stay current on promotions and policies. This role requires strong communication, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a passion for our brand.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
• Share brand priorities and communicate messages to staff.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to meet performance goals.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and replenishment as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Support development and cross-brand collaboration.
• Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven environment.
