Job summary

Chico's in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, supervise the team, and embody our hospitality-driven culture. You will create memorable, personalized experiences for customers by upholding brand standards and leading by example on the sales floor.

As a KnitWell Group brand partner, you will coach teammates, share product knowledge, and ensure smooth operations from opening to closing, including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory replenishment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred (2 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
