Vans, the iconic skate lifestyle brand of VF Corporation, is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership by delivering exceptional customer engagement and driving sales results. You will model the voice of the brand and coach associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
Foster a consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors.
Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
Occasionally cover the store in the absence of another manager.
Interact with customers to provide a high level of service and adhere to policies.
