Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities in partnership with store leaders to drive results.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
