Experience & Industry Knowledge
  • 2.5-5 years experience in sales lead generation or executing B2B cold email outreach campaigns, preferably for service-based local providers (medical, compliance, logistics, or field services).
  • Familiarity with workplace compliance, DOT/non-DOT testing requirements, and high-liability sector needs is a strong plus.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability in sourcing accurate decision-maker contact data in local/regional markets.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of outbound communication while maintaining attention to detail in campaign tracking.
  • Capable of identifying search trends and integrating that knowledge into outreach segmentation and messaging.
  • Excellent English writing skills with a service-minded and credible tone.
Core Responsibilities
  • Cold Email Campaigns: Craft and manage outreach campaigns targeting Dallas-Fort Worth businesses using proven strategies.
  • Prospect List Building: Identify decision-makers at local companies (50+ employees) with safety-sensitive roles and gather contact info.
  • SEO Awareness Monitoring: Use free SEO tools to identify high-traffic keywords and prospects searching for on-site testing services.
  • Lead Qualification: Pre-screen and verify interest before routing leads for follow-up and closing.
  • CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Log activities, response rates, and lead status updates using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Campaign Testing & Optimization: Regularly test and refine outreach strategies for better results.
