Journeys is a Genesco brand operating at The Mall At Robinson in Pittsburgh, PA. We are looking for a Sales Lead to support store management, develop associates, and achieve store and personal sales goals in a vibrant team environment.

You will drive sales, train colleagues, coach performance, and ensure policies are followed while promoting from within. This role requires flexibility for night/weekend shifts and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies.
• Open and close duties according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations in store management’s absence.
• Lead loss prevention practices when management is away.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Communicate store needs to store management.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
