Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with basic store operations.
• Develop and coach sales associates to achieve goals.
• Provide feedback and enforce company policies.
• Open and close store duties as required.
• Supervise daily store operations in management’s absence.
