Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities while delivering welcoming, personalized customer experiences.

You'll partner with store leadership on operations, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and product knowledge sharing, using an omni-channel approach to drive sales and reflect our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
• Share brand priorities and messages with staff.
• Provide scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment support.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, store policies, and omni-channel practices.
• Create a positive, hospitality-focused environment for customers and peers.
