Soma is hiring a Sales Lead in Allen, TX to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and reinforce brand standards. You will drive a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that delivers memorable experiences and supports growth.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, manage operations, and contribute to a positive team culture while maintaining excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, provide product knowledge, and drive an omni‑channel approach.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, schedule, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve store performance.
