Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team in delivering the highest level of customer engagement and sales results. You will model the voice of the brand, coach associates, and foster an inclusive environment where individuality is celebrated.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for long periods while performing physical tasks. Hiring range is $16.00–$20.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress & results against targets.
• Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors.
• Assist in providing direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
