Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership by driving customer engagement and sales results. You will model the voice of our brand, coach associates, and foster an inclusive environment where individuality is celebrated.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to drive store sales and profit goals.
• Ability to coach and supervise associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment.
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers and provide high level service.
• Provide actionable feedback to associates and adhere to company policies.
