Qualifications

• 1 year of related retail experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress and results against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Regularly interact with customers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to company policies.
