Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager during breaks or openings.
• Interact with customers, providing a high level of service throughout the store.
• Adhere to policies and procedures aligned with company directives.
