Pandora Bayshore Town Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Sales Lead to immerse in our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to drive success in-store.

The role requires a minimum of two years in high-performance selling, strong communication, and the ability to engage fans with product knowledge and brand loyalty. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
