Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead for our Madison, WI store to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will model brand standards, share product knowledge, and build lasting connections with fans.

With at least two years in a high-performance selling environment, you will manage time, schedule coverage for nights and weekends, and use Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels and manage time effectively.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store sales team to meet/exceed goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as brand ambassador.
• Provide real-time feedback to help KPI achievement.
• Coach and inspire sales team with accountability for performance.
• Display product knowledge to build brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting customer connections beyond transactions.
• Cover shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
