Ann Taylor at Store 2524-Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will step in as manager when needed, ensuring smooth store functions and exceptional service.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and service standards, and drive a customer-focused environment using available tools for sales growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
