Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Lynchburg, VA to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, training, and coaching to reach store goals. You will guide operations, support onboarding, and ensure store systems run smoothly. This role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong English communication, and a passion for styling

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Support onboarding of new associates and communications across store teams.
