Caleres, Inc. (Famous Footwear) is seeking a Sales Lead at the Waipahu location to deliver a welcoming store experience and drive sales across Famous Footwear brands.

You will mentor teammates, model customer-focused behavior, and uphold brand standards while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, a flexible schedule, and basic computer skills, with a collaborative, team-driven culture and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.
