Caleres' Famous Footwear in Hawaii is seeking a Sales Lead who loves shoes and delivering the best store experience. You’ll cultivate a welcoming environment, coach teammates, and ensure our brands and store run smoothly while helping customers find the perfect fit.

In this role you’ll drive sales, manage opening and closing, maintain merchandising, and foster a positive culture. You’ll mentor associates, promote inclusivity, and embody the Famous Feeling with every customer who walks through

Formación

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role. Includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
