Job Description:

Experienced professional with a techno functional expertise in various areas of data and analytics associated with sales and marketing domain. The candidate should have more than 13 years of experience in customer and channel analytics, sales and marketing analytics spanning across roles such as managing various aspects of data in the capacity of data architect/solution architect and working in areas like master data management, data governance and data quality. Overall understanding of the Martech data stack is a must. In addition, a strong experience in relating the technological interventions to business use cases would be an important aspect of the job responsibility.

Exposure to sales/ pre sales functions for 5+ years.

  • Advanced analytics, AI, ML and Gen AI.
  • Experience in Martech data stack.
  • Understanding of various areas of marketing analytics.
  • Customer facing consulting, sales and solutions.
  • Experience with big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in the areas of sales and marketing for identifying potential business opportunities related to data and analytics interventions.
  • Leverage the understanding of the Martech data stack to propose interventions to drive specific business use cases.
  • Work on solutions related to data related interventions in the sales and marketing analytics areas.
  • Work on consulting assignments as a techno functional expert, as required, to deliver marketing analytics related projects in client environment.

Qualifications:

  • Overall, 13+ years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Exposure to sales/ pre sales functions for 5+ years.
  • Exposure to data tools and experience in Adobe/Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Martech data stack and various elements of marketing analytics both from a data management and consumption perspective.
  • Experience in data architecture, data governance, data quality standards, and data security practices.
  • Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, AI and Gen AI.
  • Experience in customer facing roles to provide Solutions for Data use cases.
  • Certification in the Cloud based data stack (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Post Graduation (MBA) Preferred.
