Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a motivated Cashier/Stocker to join our store team. You will greet customers, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

In this role you will support plan-o-gram compliance and assist in merchandising while delivering excellent service. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills are required, with supervisory experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math is expected.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandising guidance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise according to store procedures.
• Operate cash register and complete customer transactions accurately.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
• Support in plan-o-gram implementation and display setup.
• Ensure cashier accountability and secure cash handling practices.
