ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an in-home sales support role in Massachusetts. You will follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field sales reps to drive revenue through outbound calls.

This office-based position requires two years of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and flexibility to work some nights and weekends; pre-employment screenings apply. Compensation includes benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience via inbound and outbound calls.
• Inside sales experience preferred, especially booking sales calls and generating leads.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; able to operate multi-line phone system.
• Must report to office; not remote.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends; discuss schedule at interview.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.
