Purple is seeking a Sales Lead for our retail stores in the Cherry Hill area. You’ll drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Purple's values.

This part-time role offers evenings, weekends, and holiday hours, with commissions on qualifying mattress sales and a focus on coaching teammates to grow selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & KPIs
• Make strategic sales decisions that align to Purple's values
• Drive individual sales and results through sales strategies to meet Purple's performance metrics
• Establish clear personal goals, take ownership of results, consistently monitor progress, and track personal performance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
