Job summary

Event Network, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead at our Chicago location to deliver exceptional guest service, assist the Store Director and lead the sales team to meet and exceed goals. This entry-level supervisory role covers opening/closing operations, cash handling, and sustaining strong team relationships.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting regional initiatives and a safe, engaging store environment.

Responsibilities

• Holds self accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior.
• Resolves guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.
• Responsible for leading the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service.
• Performs all opening and closing operations.
• Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results.
