Culligan Ultrapure in Indiana is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to grow a local sales territory. You will identify homeowners’ needs, perform in-home tests, and present tailored water treatment solutions while servicing leads and building referrals.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with emphasis in Sales or Marketing and 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proven residential sales track record preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days.

Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962 with and has over 40 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

Position Description:

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for "hunting" for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners to address their concerns
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities as well as referral offerings
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience
• Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals

Job Qualifications:

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.

• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.

Salary & Benefits:

• This is a commission-based position.The expected total annual compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on individual performance. This compensation plan is designed to offer strong income potential for motivated, high-performing individuals. Actual Earnings: Actual compensation may vary based on sales performance
