Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Queenstown, MD is seeking a Sales Lead to guide a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop staff while maintaining LOFT standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to step in as a manager when needed. A POS pro who loves coaching will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
