Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Deer Park, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a capable team and be ready to step in as acting manager when required.

Ideal candidates bring retail sales or management experience, comfort with POS systems, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. This role offers part-time hours with a pay range of $18.00–$22.50 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Takes initiative, can organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.
