Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and coach associates, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and brand standards.

You will drive a customer-centric, omnichannel shopping experience using available tools, while stepping in as manager when needed. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
