Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will help onboard and coach associates, ensuring brand standards and seamless operations across the store.

You will use available tools to foster a customer-centric environment, provide real-time feedback, and collaborate with leadership to deliver omnichannel service. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model personalized customer experiences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.

Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You have a direct impact on both the customer experience and the associate experience.
