LOFT Outlet in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, coach associates, and model exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help onboard and develop a highly engaged team while upholding company standards and driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You have a direct impact on both the customer experience and the associate experience.
