Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Sales Associate who connects with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling. You help keep the store beautiful by ensuring merchandise is organized and in the right place on the sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our inviting environment on the sales floor, using knowledge of products and promotions to drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
