Job summary

LOFT in Flemington, NJ is hiring a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and coach associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, role‑model brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

This role requires at least 6 months of retail sales, preferred management experience, and strong tech skills to operate the POS. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Tech proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, in‑the‑moment customer service and coaching for associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and onboarding.
• Model LOFT brand standards and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Coach and develop the team to improve customer interactions and store performance.
• Step into the manager role when needed and lead by example to meet store goals.
