LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Sales Lead who will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences and coach a high-performing team. This role requires weekend availability and a readiness to step in as acting manager when needed, keeping the brand's standards and omnichannel shopping experience seamless.

You will mentor associates, support onboarding, uphold visual standards, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store.

Qualifications

• 12 months of retail sales experience.
• Management experience.
• Technology proficient with POS systems.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and delegate to meet deadlines.
