Job summary

Acosta Group in Slaton, TX is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role offers $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

You'll meet and exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor associates, conduct onboarding and coaching, and travel between store locations as needed. Weekly pay and travel reimbursements are included.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$20/hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
