PRE-US is hiring a high-energy Sales Lead for wireless retail in Oceana, West Virginia. You will drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation includes $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, and opportunities for incentives and advancement. Health benefits, travel between stores, and training are provided.

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
