Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in West Virginia to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver a superior customer experience. The role combines proactive engagement with customers not actively shopping and opportunities for uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses.

You will lead by example, manage shifts, and travel between stores as needed. The position offers weekly pay, training incentives, and benefits, with a base rate of $20/hour plus commission and travel

Overview

We are hiring a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
