Job summary

Janie and Jack LLC in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to champion customer-focused service and lead a team in a fast-paced luxury children's brand environment.

You will drive sales, maintain an inviting store presentation, mentor staff, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace while enjoying employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inspiring company.
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solver.
• Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet the needs of business.
• Availability to work nights and weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about leading your team to success.
• Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.

• Accountable for self and holds others accountable.
• Operationally strong and resourceful.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills, education, and geographic location.
