Job Summary

Assist store management with operations, develop associates, and achieve sales goals and standards of performance.

Essential Job Functions
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Train and develop sales team
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Manage daily store operations and loss prevention in management's absence
  • Communicate store needs to management
  • Complete bank deposits and tasks promptly
  • Complete training and provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Demonstrate and embody Journeys culture
Job Requirements
  • Preferred retail sales experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed and willingness to learn
  • Completion of training or equivalent experience
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
