Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in furniture.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and floor execution in the absence of a manager.
• Provide excellent customer experience and guest support.
• Manage inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Oversee facilities and building operations.
• Lead culture and team communication, including huddles.
• Uphold store operations and standards.
• Participate in training and performance management.
• Prepare KPI reports and attend management meetings.
• Support Bedding and Protection Finance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
