PRE-US is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales performance, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across locations in the Lavonia area. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, coaching, and driving conversions with uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
