Nati Boutique is seeking a Retail Fashion Sales Lead who not only drives top sales but also keeps the team motivated, delivers an elevated styling experience, and ensures every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase.

Your mission is to sell, lead and elevate the shopping experience, acting as a personal stylist, engaging in the fitting room, and leading by example with high-energy selling and coaching the team to success.

Compensation

The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here.
