Your Mission: Sell, Lead & Elevate the Shopping Experience

• Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
• Engage in the fitting room – provide hands‑on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try‑ons into purchases.
• Lead by example – set the tone with high‑energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success.
• Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results‑driven culture.
• Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.
• Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.

Our Hiring Process

Compensation

The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here.
